About this app

In order to use this app, you must first have an active T-Res account! If you are new to T-Res, check your inbox for a Welcome email to set up your account, or contact our responsive customer support centre at support@t-res.net. T-Res is a mobile logbook and competency assessment system. It enables medical students, residents and faculty to easily document clinical learning experiences, observations, and assessments using EPAs (Entrustable Professional Activities) or other approaches. Program Directors may review the activities and assessments entered by the learners and faculty within their program. All data entered via mobile devices are synchronized with the fully secured T-Res server, so T-Res is always equally accessible via this app or your favourite web browser. T-Res is highly flexible to suit the needs of a diverse range of disciplines and programs, and has been proving itself year after year since 2003 in disciplines ranging from Surgery (all kinds) to Medical Genetics to Veterinary medicine. T-Res is also designed to be configurable to support a broad range of learners, and allows a virtually unlimited variety of activities and assessments to be reliably recorded. This combination of flexibility and mobility is part of the reason why Program Directors around the world consider T-Res to be “best of breed”. To date, T-Res has been entrusted to record over one million activities by thousands of users in hundreds of programs in many countries. If you require help, you may consult our online tutorials, or contact support@t-res.net for quick, friendly, professional assistance.
