Origin is a web-based solution for organizations to budget and forecast facility needs. Origin Assessment is an optional iPad-only auxiliary tool to collect organization facility asset information. It is used for collecting information only and does not calculate, process, or generate any reports. Hence, it has no commercial value and is distributed for free. Origin Assessment is for external distribution. The target audience for this application is technical staff of organizations who are in charge of gathering asset information. Organizations may also contract third-party personnel to collect this information. After a Service Agreement is signed between the parties (Facility Health Inc. and an organization), the Origin administrator creates accounts and invitations for the list of persons stipulated in the Agreement. An invitation is the only way to sign up for Origin Assessment.
