Instructor Pal lets you charge attendees for classes, courses, workshops and events and keeps track of attendance. You can also contact a whole class with just one tap. Features - InstructorPal is the perfect app for managing bookings, payments, attendance and also includes an online dashboard where you can view reports on statistics and financial information. - You can tailor your attendees' experience by adding your business logo and colour to the emails they receive. - Get a clear view on who is coming to your class and let InstructorPal do all the work. - The app will automatically remind attendees of classes, lets people check-in and pay online. Keeping your attendees details all in one place, you can remind everyone in that class on the day by SMS. Alerts You can also create custom alerts, to be made aware when individuals that attend your class hit specific milestones in their attendance record. for example you can be alerted when an individual has made it to your class the tenth time that month or that year, or the second time that week. Leaderboard As an instructor you can earn points for holding classes and see where you are on the leader-board of instructors in your area! In App Purchases - This app offers in app subscriptions to let you add more classes and attendees as your business grows. The subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are offered on a monthly auto renewing payment plan handled by Apples In-App Purchase System. Available Subscriptions (All Plans are free to trial for one week) FREE: $0.00 per month allows you to have 5 classes, and 100 attendees Basic: $3.99 per month allows you to have 10 classes, and 200 attendees Pro: $9.99 per month allows you to have 15 classes, and 500 attendees Elite: $30.99 per month allows you to have 100 classes, and 10000 attendees – Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase – Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period – Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, each renewal cost is the same each month. - Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going Account Settings after purchase - Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. - You can view our privacy policy at https://agileapp.co/privacy and terms at https://agileapp.co/terms-and-conditions - The subscriptions are a maximum of one month recurring automatically every month until you cancel your subscription.

When starting a class, the app now asks whether you would like to check everyone in that has booked into the class. By checking everyone in this takes a credit from each attendee.
