In the Retail world consumer tastes can change in a heartbeat. Retailers put data directly in the hands of store managers and sales reps. The sales team gets real-time insights into top-selling products and location performance. Customers are choosing, sharing, and buying at all times. The Retailers need a business intelligence platform that understands the omnichannel retail sales business logic. iCharts helps to connects all of these silos of data to be more proactive and help make better decisions.
