The PennDOT "MHL" (Mileage & Hours Log) App allows Inspectors to create their weekly timesheet reports in the field directly from their iPad. The app dynamically guides the user through the timesheet process, allowing users to mimic the D-38 Consultant Hours and Mileage form. *** PLEASE READ BEFORE REVIEWING *** To review please tap on the "TRAINING MODE" in the bottom of the login screen above 'App Info'. Once you log in, tap on the Find Tickets button to go to search screen to fetch a demo ticket.
