We are in a unique position, located in the furniture and fabric capital of the world High Point, North Carolina, of being able to obtain overstock and discontinued patterns at well below wholesale pricing. Some fabric mills set up their overstock inventory only 6 months after pattern introduction. This means that our patterns may have been recently introduced. Other patterns may be older, but timeless. Because of our 40+ year relationships in the fabric industry, we are offered discontinued and overstock patterns on a regular basis. We choose patterns that appeal to all ages and decorative schemes. In a lot of cases, we sell directly from the fabric mill which allows even regular run goods (not overstocks or discontinued patterns) to be sold at reasonable prices with limitless inventory. We currently have over 5,000 patterns in stock. If you can't find what you need and know the pattern's name and brand, we'll try to find it for you.
