About this app
InstaCal puts a fast, full-featured calendar in your Mac menu bar—and one purchase includes native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Click the menu bar or press a global shortcut to see what's next, add or change plans in natural language, join the next call, and handle events, invitations and reminders without losing focus. Need the big picture? Open InstaCal's full Mac window with Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year and List views. IN YOUR LANGUAGE InstaCal is fully localized in 12 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Not only the interface — Quick Add reads dates and times in each one, so "Mittagessen mit Ana morgen um 15 Uhr" or "réunion jeudi à 9h" becomes the right event. Wording follows Apple's own in every language, and week start, date order and 12- or 24-hour time follow your region. ONE PURCHASE. FOUR NATIVE APPS. • Mac: a customizable menu bar panel plus a full calendar window • iPhone: Agenda, Day, Week, Month, Quarter and Year views built for touch • iPad: an adaptive multi-pane calendar, agenda and inspector • Apple Watch: Now, Next and Later at a glance, with complications • No subscription or platform add-on PLAN FASTER • Create events and reminders with natural-language Quick Add, in any of the 12 languages • Move, rename or cancel events with Quick Edit • Search from the same field • Use Siri, Shortcuts and a Quick Add Control on iPhone and iPad • Drag events to reschedule and resize them on Mac SEE THE WHOLE DAY • Calendar events and Apple Reminders in one agenda • Join buttons for online meetings • Invitation responses and conflict warnings • Weather and moon phases in context • Calendar sets, a second time zone and customizable colors • Travel time, leave-by guidance, notifications and Live Activities • Home Screen, Lock Screen and desktop widgets WORKS WITH THE CALENDARS YOU ALREADY USE Use calendars available through Apple Calendar, or connect Google and Microsoft accounts directly for richer event and invitation support. PRIVATE BY DESIGN InstaCal is native Swift, with no InstaCal account, analytics or tracking. Natural-language parsing happens on your device—in every one of the 12 languages. Account tokens stay in Apple's Keychain, and your calendar data moves between your device and the providers you choose. Some features require supported devices or services.

What’s New
• Native Mac widgets bring Next Event, Agenda, Month, and Up Next to the desktop. Up Next carries tomorrow and its forecast, reminders can be ticked off and restored without opening the app, and tapping an event or a day opens the matching place in InstaCal. Each widget takes a Theme of its own: System, Light, or Dark • Video meetings, end to end. Add a Google Meet or Teams link while you create or edit an event, and open one from a card headed by the provider's real name — Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex — with the Join button and a shareable address inside it • A second time zone sits beside each event time, for the calls that cross one • Reminders behave the way they read. A reminder due on a day with no time of day can finally alert, with its own settings for which day and what time. Ticking one off leaves it in the list, struck through, instead of making it disappear • Quick Add reads a day of the month on its own: "the 17th" is a date, while "5th Avenue" stays an address • New Google and Microsoft events appear the moment they save, and a calendar InstaCal cannot reach now says so instead of quietly using a different one • Weather symbols keep clouds legible while preserving each condition's color, and Classic Color is the default icon style See everything that's new at instacalapp.com/whats-new
