About this app

Simply download the iFare app and make yourself available as either a driver or as a passenger. As a passenger, post your request for a ride and allow drivers to contact you immediately. Or, view the list of drivers in your area and contact them directly. There is also a "Take me home" option that allows you to simply click on the button which sends a notification to all available drivers in your area and allows them to see your trip details (location, destination, how many passengers and how much you are willing to pay/contribute). It's fast and easy! Drivers have two options of contact, text or phone call. Once a passenger has chosen his/her ride simply delete your post on the request page to avoid and calls from other available drivers. As a driver, you can make yourself available or unavailable at anytime. Once you make yourself available you will receive notifications of passengers in your area that need to get from point A to point B as they post their requests. You can view passenger details on the "view riders" page. It will show you where they are, where they need to go, how many passengers and how much they are willing to pay(contribute)for the ride. If you are going their way and want to pick them up, simply click on call or text and communicate directly with your passenger. your ride request will automatically time out after approximately 60 min if you choose not to delete. iFare gives passengers the power to set the rate for their ride and how much they can pay/contribute.
