About this app
The PennDOT Project Site Activity (PSA) app allows construction inspectors to create daily PSA reports while working directly in the field without a data connection. The app dynamically guides the user through the PSA completion process, alerting inspectors to required fields and incomplete items as well as automating repetitive data capture elements and complex calculations. Then, once in range of a cellular or Wi-Fi connection, users can submit their completed PSAs directly into ECMS, completely eliminating the need to capture data on paper and reenter it at a computer terminal.
