DogGO is a controlled marketplace application that offers safe and professional dog walking, pet sitting/boarding, pet hotel reservation services to pet families. At DogGO, walkers and sitters must complete theoretical and practical training and are evaluated through quiz and observation stages. If deemed appropriate, they are classified and registered to the system. On DogGO, only 10.8% of applications qualify to become Walkers. DogGO has more than 15,000 Walkers located in every neighborhood of Istanbul. DogGO also provides services in Ankara and Izmir. At DogGO, walking services are offered one-on-one, specifically for your dog. The walks are carried out within the framework of safe DogGO instructions; It is specially shaped for your dog. There is no group tour. Walker is chosen in a way that is physically and locationally suitable for the dog. Walks are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute options. There are 3 types of walks in DogGO. - Instant Walk: DogGO Walker is directed to walk your dog within 1 hour. - Planned Walk: DogGO Walker is guided to walk your dog on the day and time you want. - Recurring Walking: These are regular walks that you request in a certain routine. On recurring walks, the same Walker is matched to walks for your buddy. On recurring walks, you have the opportunity to meet Walker before the service begins. DogGO Customer Services provides communication that will assist you and your friend in all processes before, during and after the walk. DogGO Home Care Service is offered in 2 types: in your own home or in a sitter’s home. Sitters are approved by DogGO by passing walking and sitting training. You can proceed through the system as if you were making a hotel reservation, and after determining the details, you can examine all the features of the sitters from the sitter list; You can request a match with the person you feel comfortable with. Your request is evaluated by Customer Services, and the sitter you choose or the recommended sitter is directed for a Meet & Greet. In DogGO's Care Service; - You can receive notifications about what your dog or cat is doing all day. - You can get photos of your dog or cat through the system. - You can reach your sitter at any time through the system. - Sitter service for your dog includes 2 walks a day. Once the walk starts, you can also follow the walk in the app. - At the end of the day, the day report is shared.
