CDRepeat provides the user with a mechanism for setting a work interval, a rest interval, and the number of times to repeat the work/rest interval. In addition, the app provides a 5 second warning when both the work and rest intervals are about to expire. The work interval sound is different and distinct from the rest interval sound.
