The Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT) is excited to announce the release of Way to Be!, a new mobile app that will truly help the organization continue to support Next Generation Scholars. For over a decade, students, families, and educators have affirmed the positive impact of MBRT’s Maryland Scholars Speakers Bureau, in-person presentations from business professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds and industry sectors. MBRT’s Be What I Want to Be magazines have served as the presenters’ primary information resource, providing color copies for middle and high school students to review critical information about college and career options. The Way to Be! app digitizes this valuable content, freeing up students to explore their postsecondary options in new and creative ways, with notifications, reminders, and personalized accounts to help ensure students follow through on the key steps to graduating ready to be successful in college, careers, and life.
