About this app

NEO is the first taxi booking application in Munich reserved for NEO subscribers, designed to make booking easier for professionals and individuals. Book your taxi in 1 click on your smartphone and get a priority booking with 500 taxi drivers selected and trained to NEO service quality standards. Booking a NEO, for an immediate booking or a booking in advance, that suits your needs, has never been easier: • Launch the app, you are geolocated, tap on "book now" to book a NEO where you are, or "book in advance" for a request up to 30 days in advance • You can also manually enter your departure address using the input help or use your favorite address book. If you enter the destination address, you can estimate the duration and price of your trip. • Select if you wish a vehicle type and/or option within your subscription category o Standard 4 seaters o Van 7-8 seaters • Follow the arrival of your taxi in real time on the map with the possibility of being put in direct contact with your driver • Easily locate your taxi thanks to the display of useful information (vehicle registration, brand and colour) • Once the trip is over, you can evaluate the trip. In the latest release, we've fixed critical and minor bugs identified in the previous version. Taking into account user feedback, we've refined visual elements and user interaction flows for a more intuitive and visually appealing experience. We've also improved load times and responsiveness - the app is now quicker across various devices.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
