Colander is a simple productivity application for restaurants to help your staff grow and achieve their goals while ensuring your business is running smoothly. Created by a multi-unit Chef / Operator to help Owners run their restaurants and reward their team for their achievements. Stop putting off staff reviews and letting hard work go unnoticed. Colander is the one place you can manage your team and make sure your restaurant is running at full steam, from anywhere. Help your team help you by showing them you appreciate everything they do through better communication. Inspire your staff by being a great leader while helping them succeed with structured development. Get a snapshot of the progress of your restaurant on a “Task-board” section. You can also create a task with minimal effort and assign it to your staff. Under “Tasks” you can track the progress of all your tasks easily using the filter options and you can manage all your tasks on the go. You can take quick actions on the tasks to mark the status of the task like pause, complete, mark in-progress, blocked or comment on the task. You can view the all the details of the task under “Task detail” screen You can get more things done from a more detailed profile page for each individual. Simple profile view for better clarity and you can manage all your profile information from the “profile” section. Set different alarms per task to make sure your staff can dedicate the right amount of time when they are supposed to get things done. Put an end to forgetting things or starting and stopping a task, then wasting time.
