يخدم " تطبيق الرسائل القصيرة للحكومة الإلكترونية الأردنية" المواطنين والزوار الأجانب من خلال الخدمات المقدمة، والتي من شأنها تخفيف، وتوفير الجهود والوقت للحصول على خدمات الهيئات الحكومية التي تمت رقمنتها إلى خدمات الرسائل القصيرة، يمكن لمستخدمين التطبيق الحصول على مجموعة متنوعة من خدمات الرسائل القصيرة مثل: 1. الاستعلام عن الطلبات القضائية 2. الضرائب على الأفراد 3. الضرائب على المؤسسات 4. ضرائب المسقفات 5. المخالفات المرورية 6. خدمة الاستفسارات عن معاملات مديرية الجنسية وشؤون الأجانب 7. ومتابعة شهادة عدم المحكومية 8. وطلب الفتوى والمزيد من الخدمات الأخرى. وسيكون لمستخدمين التطبيق القدرة على تصفح قطاعات التطبيق والخدمات قبل أن يقوم بطلب أي خدمة، وبناء على طلب أي خدمة للمؤسسات الحكومية، سوف يطلب من مستخدم التطبيق إدخال رقم الهاتف، حيث تستند كل هذه الخدمات على طلب رسالة قصيرة ترسل من هواتفهم، و آلية دفع ثمن الخدمة تعتمد على الرسائل قصيرة أيضا. بعد إدخال رقم الهاتف، سيطلب من المستخدم التحقق من رقم هاتفه، حيث سيصله رسالة قصيرة تحتوي رمز التحقق للمضي قدما في عملية تسجيل ناجحة. بعد القيام بالعملية أعلاه بنجاح، سوف يكون المستخدم قادرا على طلب أي خدمة عن طريق ملء الحقل/الحقول المطلوبة لتلك الخدمة المحددة. بعد الحصول على التفاصيل المطلوبة للخدمة من قبل مستخدم التطبيق، سيتم إرسال رسالة قصيرة، لتأكيد خصم سعر الخدمة، وفي حال وصول رسالة تؤكد عملية الدفع من قبل للمستخدم، سيصله الرد على الخدمة التي قام بطلبها، عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة أيضا ولتنعكس على التطبيق. يمكن لمستخدم التطبيق، تصفح فئات مختلفة مثل "مركز الاتصال الوطني، الأماكن السياحية، حسابي، الدليل، اسأل الحكومة" في أي وقت، يمكن للمستخدم تغيير لغة التطبيق العربية / الإنجليزية. Application users will be Free to browse the application categories and services before requesting any service, upon requesting any governmental entities service, they will be prompted to enter their phone number, as all of these services are based on SMS request pushed from their phones, and the charging mechanism is depending on the SMS itself. After the above done successfully, the user will be able to request any service by filling the required field for that specific service.
