YSB Insights is an analytics tool for Yahoo Small Business's Website Builder and Web Hosting customers. This tool displays important metrics about website performance such as number of visitors, pageviews, top sources, top content visited, visitor location and device type used to access the website. YSB's Website Builder customers can access such metrics as well as useful insights about their website's performance via this easy, lightweight and intuitive tool. YSB Insights is currently only for YSB Website Builder and Web Hosting customers. E-commerce customers should continue to use Yahoo Live app instead of YSB Insights. Moreover, YSB Insights caters to customers with only one website. Customers with multiple websites need to contact YSB's customer care and request to switch between websites in order to view analytics.
