The General Synod app allows users to access timetables and all documents associated with current and past Synod sessions. Access to its content is restricted to members of the General Synod, employees of the National Church Institutions, and other third parties as accredited by the General Synod support team. - View the agenda: Explore the new, redesigned agenda developed with clarity and ease of use in mind. View separate timetables for the main session and fringe events. - Mark up documents: Type out comments, highlight text, or leave important notes anywhere as you scrutinise documents for that debate of interest to you. - Favourites for quick reference: Save and organise important documents and sessions for easy reference later with our expanded bookmarking functionality. - Browse the archive: Want to refer to documents and agendas associated with a previous Synod? We have listened to your feedback and made a number of changes in this update to improve the user experience. These include: - Design tweaks across the interface for more seamless interaction with the app - New multi-document viewing functionality so you can select and view up to a maximum of five documents for easy reference - The introduction of notifications so that Synod members are promptly informed of any last-minute changes to the agenda or documents - Improvements to the document viewer to facilitate better highlighting and note-taking - Moving the archive section to a more prominent position in the navigation menu for easier reference to past Synod meetings We hope you'll enjoy these new features.
