We create listings that are so accurate that tenants can book their next home without having to go there in person. The process is simple, free, and the only visit you will have to schedule is with one our Homecheckers. We take care of the rest. How does it work? The Homechecker will take high-quality photos, 360° images, accurate floor plans, and a professional video tour of your property. Their material is then sent to our Copywriters who describe everything from the interior of your property, right down to the vibe of the local neighbourhood. We include practical information about landlord policies, utilities, tenant preferences and house rules. That way, landlords and tenants both know that they are the right fit for each other. We know that it’s important for you to be able to choose the right tenant. That’s why we ask them to provide information about themselves, and that’s why you have 12 working hours to accept or reject a booking request.
