The Unified Single Window Rooftop Solar PV portal (USRTP) or the “AHA Solar Jharkhand” is a state of the art portal devised for accelerating deployment of solar rooftop installations in the State of Jharkhand. The USRTP is a web and mobile-based software and it is managed by Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) and serves as an integrated platform for multiple solar rooftop stakeholders namely JREDA, and the State DisComs of Jharkhand, and Consumers. The USRTP displays comprehensive information pertaining to Installation of Solar Rooftop PV System in the State of Jharkhand and enables interactions between multiple stakeholders. Through this platform, it is possible for consumers to submit Interconnection application and Subsidy application to appropriate DISCOM and JREDA respectively through a single window. USRTP enables tracking the progress of both Interconnection application and Subsidy application. The Unified Single Window Rooftop PV Portal of JREDA features online calculation of solar PV capacity, selection of Solar PV installer, submission of applications, approvals from government agencies, tracking, commissioning, online payment of charges and submission of subsidy claims for the rooftop solar programme of JREDA.
