The Abby Go App will allow you to make outbound phone calls from your business phone line, send and receive text messages to and from your business phone number and update your Abby Connect receptionists with your call handling procedures in real-time. You will also have access to the Abby AI features including Call Summaries and Caller Sentiment Rating.
