The HotelWare Guest Registration - CheckIn app by TheovaUHS seamlessly connects with HotelWare PMS. The app can be utilized by the front office and concierge staff, allowing them to process live guest information. During the guest arrival the app allows for the collection of guest personal information as well as guest amenities, notes and preferences. Depending on the country and setup, online credit card payments can also be processed. Provided the guest has signed the terms and conditions and GDPR requirements an online check in can be made, whereas the guest can then immediately enter his/her room. All the above events happen in real time and are immediately available in Theova Hotelware PMS front office.
