About this app
The ISA mobile app is available to subscribers to the ISA information service. The ISA app makes it possible to: • Scan items from the own assortment and build a scan list • View core data of scanned articles that are stored in the ISA databases • View Safety Data Sheets and Declarations of Performance for the scanned product • Sending the scanned GTINs to your e-mail address or saving them in ISA for further use there. • Sending product card and safety instruction card to your e-mail address. The ISA information service is designed to provide companies with information about hazardous substances and construction products. ISA maps the information need for hazardous substances and construction products for all products that a company registers with ISA. ISA collects all required ISA dangerous goods data, such as Safety Data Sheets and ADR data, from suppliers and makes the legally required documentation available per product.

We have added the possibility to request support or leave feedback for particular products. Scan a product and view product information. Do you feel some data is incorrect or missing? Open a ticket to let us know and we'll contact the supplier and adjust product information accordingly! In the app you'll also find an overview of tickets you have previously opened and see how they were resolved.
