About this app
The Chicago Network (TCN) is a membership organization founded in 1979, for professional women in Chicago who have reached the highest echelons of business, the arts, government, nonprofits and academia. The purpose of TCN is to empower women to lead. The Chicago Network expands its influence beyond the membership base by creating accessible programs, events, and resources inclusive to women on their professional journey towards leadership and for those who seek partnership towards creating change in the workplace; one such event is the annual Women in the Forefront Luncheon, another core initiative is TCN’s Equity Principles Campaign. The Chicago Network also contributes to closing the “achievement gap” by offering programs for young women that offer insight and guidance from TCN members and the broader community, such as the Future Leaders Program, which supports the Chicago Network’s goal of developing the next generation of women leaders.
