Otello GuestApp allows hotel guests to conveniently find out what a hotel has to offer, request services or file complaints, and see what activities are occurring inside or around the hotel. The Guest is able to access these benefits; 1- See the events inside and around the hotels. 2- See the hotel activities. 3- Send requests or file a complaint to the hotels reception desk 4- See the loyalty information of the guest inside the hotel he’s staying in. Disclaimer: The app has a continuous use of GPS in the background which may dramatically decrease the battery life. And many other features will be on the way to be added like making reservation, request SPA and other services.
