About this app

With this iOS app, Eye Monitor will send a notification to your iPhone when your fatigue value on Mac reaches the threshold, so as to prevent you from playing with your phone when you leave your computer for a break. The following is an introduction to the macOS version: Being sedentary and using your eyes for a long time can cause health problems such as RSI, backache, and dry eyes. Eye monitor is a fully AUTOMATED fatigue monitor and reminder that will help you rest, take a break and reduce fatigue. Eye Monitor can determine whether you are using Mac AUTOMATICALLY by analyzing your behavior such as mouse, trackpad, scrollwheel movement and key presses. It alerts you when you reach your fatigue threshold.
