About this app
The Dream Drop is an anonymous dream journal for adults (18+) that turns your dreams into rich personal statistics while contributing to global dream research, all without ads, trackers, or selling your data. Dream. Discover. Contribute. The Dream Drop is the only nonprofit, truly anonymous dream-sharing app where every dream you log can help advance dream science. Whether you're here for self-reflection or curiosity, your dreams become part of something larger. Quick to Log, Easy to Keep Up The short-form logger is designed for fast, meaningful entries. Capture the essentials in seconds, log multiple dreams without friction, and return later to explore patterns and insights as your history grows. Anonymous by Design No usernames. No passwords. No email or phone number. No advertising SDKs or third-party trackers. We never store your exact location, only approximate area (postal code or city) so you can see how your dreams fit into local and global patterns without revealing who you are. Your Dreams, Visualized As you log, The Dream Drop builds reports that reveal your dream life in ways a simple journal can’t: recurring moods, themes, characters, situations, and the words you use most often. Optionally, tap AI Insights to explore possible meanings behind any individual dream. A Global Dream Archive See what anonymous dreamers are experiencing in your region and around the world. Notice shared themes. Explore how your dreams relate to wider patterns. No comments, no likes, no follower counts, just a quiet, evolving map of human inner experience. Nonprofit and Research-Driven The Dream Drop is a project of Root Code Collective, a California 501(c)(3) public charity. Anonymous dream data supports academic research through our Collective Dream Model, contributing to studies in psychology, neuroscience, and related fields. 15+ Languages Supported English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, German, Arabic, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Swedish, Hebrew, and more. Dream science should be global. Always Evolving Lucid dreaming tools, enhanced security, new visual themes, and deeper research integrations are in development. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
