About this app
Lorflam was established in 1984 and manufactures wood-burning heating appliances. Its head office is in Brittany, a French region whose qualities of simplicity, tradition, boldness and modernity are shared by the Company. Originally, the Company used to sell products to craftsmen specialised in making fireplaces, but soon moved to producing its own models, working in close collaboration with top-class manufacturers in this sector (DOVRE, KLOVER, NORSK KLEBER, TOTEM FIRE, etc.). Choosing LORFLAM means putting your trust in a professional and approachable team, whose motivation is secured by the performance and quality of its products. This choice also means attributing considerable importance to local industry and business, making the most of Breton and French know-how and the support from neighbouring partners (in particular, Belgium and Italy and also Norway and Turkey). LORFLAM HOME is an App that allows you to manage all the main features of your pellet stove via internet connection or 4G and your smartphone or tablet. To use the App: 1 - Download the LORFLAM HOME App (check that your stove has the Wi-Fi 2.0 feature or above, like the OFEN SP stoves which from April 2020 are equipped with this feature, unless otherwise stated on the invoice) 2 - Register and access your account 3 - Connect the Wi-Fi module of the OFEN SP pellet stove to your Wi-Fi network (check that your area is covered and that the home Wi-Fi network is connected to Internet) 4 - Register the product code of your OFEN SP stove in your account 5 - Manage and control the operation of your stove This App can be used with all OFEN SP pellet stoves fitted with a Wi-Fi 2.0 card. Before purchasing a Wi-Fi 2.0 card to update an earlier stove model (those with Wi-Fi 1.0 or not fitted with Wi-Fi), contact your dealer or installer to check that your stove is compatible and how much the work will cost.
