About this app
Heart Rate: Pulse Monitor & BP is a wellness app for tracking heart rate, HRV trends, blood pressure logs, oxygen history, temperature records, respiratory rate, fitness heart rate zones, and relaxing sleep sounds. Use your phone camera to check your heart rate anytime, save your records, and review trends over time. MAIN FEATURES Heart Rate Tracker Measure your heart rate using your phone camera in seconds. Save pulse records and track daily, weekly, and monthly trends. Instant Heart Rate Check Check your pulse anytime and add tags such as waking up, after meals, exercise, work, relaxation, or before sleep. Blood Pressure Log Record systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse manually to build your blood pressure history. HeartRate does not measure blood pressure. Blood pressure values require a separate blood pressure monitor. You can manually enter records or sync supported data from Apple Health. Health Records Save and manage blood oxygen, blood sugar, blood lipid, body temperature, and respiratory rate records in one place. These indicators require separate devices or professional testing methods. HeartRate only provides recording, tracking, and history management features. HRV Trends Review HRV-based trends to better understand daily wellness patterns and changes over time. Fitness & Heart Rate Use heart rate zones as a general reference for workouts, running, walking, yoga, meditation, and other activities. Reports & Insights View reports, charts, trends, and insights based on your saved records. Relaxing Sounds Enjoy ASMR, white noise, rain, river, sea, and nature sounds for relaxation, meditation, and sleep. Health Articles Read wellness and lifestyle articles for general informational purposes only. Content is not intended as medical advice. Apple Health Support Save supported heart rate and oxygen saturation data to Apple Health with your permission. Supported records can also be imported from Apple Health depending on device compatibility and settings.
