He can also check the couriers that are connected with him. At the end of the meeting, the data of meetings and meeting notes are saved on the cloud for future Recognition. 3] Receptionist - The receptionist can check in/out visitors visiting the organization. The receptionist can also invite someone for an interview/visit/meeting. As the data is secured on the cloud the receptionist doesn't need any registers or files to maintain the data. 4] Security - Security has all the rights of the receptionist except for inviting someone to the organization. Visitor details like mobile numbers and email-id are masked from security for the purpose of data safety and encryption.
