About this app
Distributed Recipient Messenger (DRMessenger) is an application for users with the option to subscribe up to 20 event codes concurrently. The event codes are provided by DRM system owners, who provide the codes to mobile users for registration. The app is designed to be used as a messaging tool for a customer, employer, or an organization to communicate with their employees, staff, members, or clientele. Only authorized DRM administrators have the authority to send messages via event codes to subscribers. The authorized DRM administrator has the option of selecting one or multiple event codes to send a message to multiple groups at once, at one of three levels of alerting: • High Importance • Situational • Awareness CAPSOL does not generate or control any message content.
