Kyew - Schedule Text Messages

About this app

Schedule a text message to send later. Kyew saves your message and sends it at the exact date and time you pick. Never forget a birthday. Never miss a follow-up. Write it now, send it later. NEW: AUTO SENDING Set it up once. After that, Kyew sends your scheduled texts on its own — no tap needed. Auto Send works through Shortcuts, the automation app that comes pre-installed on your device. Kyew walks you through the setup step by step. It takes about a minute, and you only do it one time. Once it's on, your texts go out at the exact time you picked. While you're asleep. While you're with a client. While you're in the car. Want to stay in control instead? Leave Auto Send off. Kyew will send you a notification with your message ready to go in one tap. HOW IT WORKS 1. Write your text 2. Add photos, videos, or files 3. Pick one person or many 4. Pick a date and time 5. Turn on Auto Send, or get a reminder Kyew (say it like "Q," as in queue) saves your message and any attachments until it's time. SET IT AND FORGET IT Schedule a text to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Great for birthdays, weekly check-ins, monthly invoices, and standing reminders. GROUP TEXT & MASS MESSAGES Send the same text to a lot of people. You can send these as standard group chats, or as separate, private messages where no one sees anyone else's number or replies. You can save groups for re-use. It works like BCC in email. FOR PERSONAL USE • Birthday and anniversary texts • Holiday messages written early, sent on time • Weekly check-ins with parents and grandparents • Reconnect with old friends • Party invitations and RSVP nudges • Countdown reminders — "10 days until Hawaii" • Time zone friendly — write at 2 a.m., arrives at 9 a.m. their time • Text your future self • Carpool, practice, and pickup reminders • Rent and bill reminders for roommates FOR BUSINESS USE 98% of texts get opened. Most are read within 5 minutes. Email can't do that. Kyew turns texting into a tool you can plan around. • Appointment reminders and confirmations — cut down no-shows • Rebooking reminders: "It's been 6 weeks since your last visit" • Invoice and payment reminders • Renewal and expiration notices • Lead follow-ups and quote follow-ups • Review requests, sent right after the job • New customer welcome messages • Sales, offers, and back-in-stock alerts • Content promotion — new post, episode, or newsletter • Staff shift and schedule reminders WHO USES KYEW Over 10,000 small business owners use Kyew.
