It allows Olam to record purchases, perform transactions and ensure a fair and transparent procurement process. “Olam Direct: Algodão Brasil | Barter app” enables sales representatives from the Barter companies (pre-registered/authorized by Olam) to view live & custom prices trends per distinct cotton types & locations, contract types (FCA, CIP, FOB (soon), Landed Mill (soon) and price types (USD, BRL and OnCall) besides to allow transactions with Olam by assigning farmers previously registered in the platform. “Olam Direct: Algodão Brasil | Barter app” is available in english and portuguese versions.
