The entire program is concierge-guided. Stay in touch with your liaison or providers through in-app secure messaging. We maintain high security and encryption standards and are HIPAA compliant. During the 2-way video call through our app, the physical therapy expert does a thorough evaluation and provides a customized home exercise program, including the images, video, and written instructions.
