Reminders + Accountability- Mentors and mentees will receive meeting reminders in advance of meeting times allowing scheduling adjustments if necessary. Mentors can also enable reminders regarding mentee interests and goals to encourage preparation and meeting success. Relationship Tracking- Record data on engagements with your mentor or mentee and track satisfaction, feedback, and goals.
