When wearing the ring, ensure that the sensor part is correctly positioned facing your palm. - Install and connect the VitalRing app Download and install the dedicated app for VitalRing from the smartphone app store. Then, launch the app and turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphone to pair with the ring. - Enter personal information After the first launch of the app, enter your personal information so that VitalRing can provide personalized health information. - Check real-time health information When you wear the VitalRing, it measures vital signs in real time and sends them to the app. You can always check major biometric data in the app. - Sleep and stress analysis VitalRing analyzes your sleep time and quality to suggest improvements.
