About this app
• Log your blood pressure, pulse and weight in seconds • See your morning and evening averages, highs, lows and trends • Export a blood pressure log as a PDF for your doctor Blood Pressure Tracker · Log is a simple blood pressure diary for people who have been asked to keep track of their readings at home. Enter what your monitor shows, and the app turns it into averages, trends and a clean PDF you can hand to your doctor. The screen is deliberately plain: large figures, few taps, nothing in the way. ■ Main features • Three readings a day: morning, afternoon and evening • Systolic, diastolic and pulse for each reading, in mmHg and bpm • Weight in kg or lb, and a note for each day • Calendar view of every day you have logged • Morning, afternoon and evening averages, plus an AM/PM average • Highest and lowest readings for any period • Trend charts for blood pressure, pulse and weight • Periods of 7, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days, all time, or your own date range • Blood pressure log as a PDF, ready to print or send • CSV export for the date range you choose • Your own systolic and diastolic targets • Auto-advance input, so a reading takes fewer taps ■ Who it is for • People whose doctor asked them to write down their blood pressure at home • People managing hypertension who want to see whether things are improving • People who would rather keep their paper blood pressure booklet on their phone • People who want to bring something readable to their next appointment ■ A log your doctor can actually read The PDF is laid out like the paper booklet clinics hand out: one row per day, with your averages at the top. Print it, or send it ahead of your appointment. ■ Your target, not a generic one Set the systolic and diastolic targets your doctor gave you, and every reading is shown against that number instead of a one-size-fits-all threshold. ■ Nothing to sign up for No account, no sign-in. Your readings, notes and weight are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers. ■ Free and Premium The app is free to use and is supported by ads. On the free plan, reports and PDF export cover your most recent 30 days. Premium unlocks: • Your complete history in every report, including custom date ranges • PDF export for all time • No ads Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
