PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE AND/OR URGENT CARE to patients via video visits. Complete each visit with a personalized treatment plan, including prescriptions, specialist recommendations, and lab tests, when appropriate. • We’ve updated the Urgent Care waiting room experience to better confirm that patients are still available before connecting them with a doctor. The waiting room flow and related notifications have also been refreshed to support this improved experience. • We’ve updated the SOAP Note experience to make it easier for doctors to review and document patients’ blood pressure readings in a structured format.
