DEPOSIT • Quickly and securely deposit cheques – all you need to do is take a picture with your phone or tablet. LOCATE BRANCHES/ATMs • Search or use your current location to find nearby branches and ATMs. SECURITY • Your security is our top priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking. • Set up security notifications to your cell phone or email. LANGUAGES • Supports English and French. To take full advantage of the Alterna Bank app, you must be an Alterna Bank client, already registered for and logged into Online Banking. If you’re not an Online Banking user, you can still use the locator feature to find the closest ATM, including THE EXCHANGE® Network ATMs, check our rates or quickly find our contact information.
