Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.

360Care has been rebuilt around the two things members told us they use most: their care team, and their appointments. WHAT'S DIFFERENT • Signing in has changed. There is no password any more. Enter the phone number or email your care team has on file and we send you a one-time code. • Your real care team and your real visits are now shown, straight from your clinic's records. • You can book an available video or phone appointment yourself, and cancel an eligible one, without leaving the app. • Video visits open through a secure link at the scheduled time. • The whole app is available in English and French. • You can ask us to delete your account from Settings. WHAT IS NOT HERE YET Readings, trends, meal plans, connected devices and in-app messaging are not part of this version. Your care team reviews your progress with you at your visits in the meantime.
