About this app
西南学院大学基幹科目「ヘルスリテラシー」の授業で使用するアプリです。 このアプリでは身体組成情報の管理、身体活動内容の管理、気分・リラックス度の確認、食事内容の管理、睡眠内容の管理ができ、目標設定、行動計画、ふり返りをヘルスポートフォリオとして蓄積し健康管理能力を習得します。 また、Apple HealthKitと接続することでAppleのヘルスケアアプリとの連動し、Appleヘルスケアアプリから心拍数や歩数の情報も取得できます。 このアプリは授業終了後も自身の健康管理に使用することができます。ヘルスリテラシーを高めて充実した大学生活を送りましょう！
