Café Plus (formerly Chef’s Eating House) has been running since 1992 with its main base at the Severalls Business Park Colchester and a branch at the Octagon in town. Under the management of new owners, husband and wife Alan and Martina Draper, the café has been completely transformed with a mission that is to “Serve delicious quality food in a feel-good space for all to enjoy” and a vision for growth, sustainability and to become the eatery of choice in Essex, serving more customers freshly prepared foods, made from locally sourced ingredients. With its own fully equipped catering kitchen, all foods are made to order under the watchful eyes of the Owners, Chef Alan, who commands over 30 years of experience in the catering business, and Manager Martina, who has over 15 years in business administration and consultancy. Café Plus+ offers eat-in, takeaway, click-and-collect, and food delivery services to homes, local businesses, and corporate organizations. With its open-plan kitchen, customers can watch while their food is being prepared. The Café has a 5* Hygiene rating and its own delivery vans and in-house drivers which means you can be sure to receive your order.
