It is an application that caters to the Exclusive Membership Program called ”Penthouse Mumbai” It encapsulates overall process of the loyalty rewards vouchers to the members/guests of the property/hotel. This program will be available on the Web and Mobile Application which can be used by hotel members/guests. This program consists of various aspects like the Membership card activation, earning of points, uploading of invoices using the mobile application that is evaluated basis the logic set /embedded in the system. Email notifications will be sent to the respective end users from the system during Registration and Card Activation, Earning Rewards, Redeem Points; etc.
