About this app
Our family hub services are based on the needs of local people and aim to provide children and families with all the help and support they may need. The Hubs provide spaces for multi-agency teams to work together to offer this support such as Health Visitors, Early Years Support Practitioners, Intervention teams, School Nurses, Midwives, Maternity Support Workers and our partners from the voluntary and community sector.
