Jazz Business World - JBW is a self-care platform for Business Customers (Users and POCs) through which line users can perform user level activities like getting usage , package, billing details, download bill and tax certificate etc. where as POC of the company have additional access like bulk downloads (bills, tax certificate, ledger etc.), bill payments, package changes, blockings and restorations, complete base downloads, multiple hierarchies management etc. POC of any company can take financial and non-financial action on the respective company lines where as Line user is only authorized to do activities related to his own number.
