COMPLETE & SIGN CLIENT DOCUMENTS Submit all required documentation right from the app – fill out and sign any necessary documents and upload your insurance card prior to your appointment time. ACCESS TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT Have the flexibility to attend your appointment from anywhere you prefer. With telehealth by One Heart Portal, clients and clinicians can participate in a secure, HIPPA-compliant therapy session from anywhere.
