Protocol Manager is an innovative app designed to efficiently create and edit spreadsheets. The columns form the basic framework for the table. Each column is configurable with a header name and type. The available column types are Text, Date, Person, and List. Data entry when creating a new record is facilitated by an individual input mask for each column type. This makes it easy to edit the table row by row. Features and User Interface Start Screen & Protocol List - Display of all protocols in a user-friendly form. - Each protocol is shown with a PDF preview and the title of the protocol. - Alternatively, switch to list view for a different visual representation. - Easy protocol creation via a 'plus' symbol. - Long pressing the 'plus' symbol offers template selection and import options for CSV files. Protocol Settings & Customization - Settings allow for the modification of the title, subtitle, and date. - Editable columns with options for entry sorting (ascending/descending). - Reversal of the sorting function for PDF output. - Setting up template entries with the option to disable template values for new entries. Management of Protocol Entries - Entries are displayed in list format when a protocol is opened. - New entries can be easily added and edited by tapping the 'plus' symbol. - The entry editing view shows all elements corresponding to each column. Element Editing - Flexibility in editing elements: entering text, selecting dates, and adding contacts from the address book. - Customizable import options for each column. PDF Creation & Sharing - Easy PDF generation for protocols. - Effortless sharing of the protocol PDF via the share icon in the PDF preview view. Personalization and Support - Customize the accent color of the app in the settings. - Options to rate the app, explore other apps by the developer, access the website, and get support. New column type “Text editor”: The text input is displayed in a large text field with the ability to use text attributes such as bold, italic, underline, and more. Bug fix on Pro devices: PDFs can now be displayed again. For this, an option for alternative rendering is available in the settings.
