WINGS, an acronym for “Wema Integrated Growth and Navigation System”, is characterised by an easy-to-use learning interface, a robust learning curriculum tailored for adult learning and an interactive user experience incorporating gamification and other interesting learning forms and activities like animations, logical illustrations, graphics, simulations, case studies, assessments and more, to make learning both insightful and engaging for Wema Knights. - Mobile Learning Experience: WINGS by Wema provides a flexible mobile learning experience for Wema bank employees. The app is built to support offline learning, allowing users to learn anytime, anywhere, with or without internet access. - User Profile Modal: WINGS by Wema offers a customised learning experience with self-service functions that allow users manage their profiles, update personal information, add profile pictures and learning preferences to tailor their learning experience to their career journey. - Interactive Graphical User Interface (GUI), Seamless Navigation and Search Functionality: With a seamless UI/UX design, WINGS by Wema offers a seamless user experience and easy navigation across the different parts of the app. The App’s search functionality enables both learners and administrators to quickly find relevant courses, resources, and information, streamlining search based on categories or tags, and facilitating accessibility, hassle-free content discovery and exploration. - Robust Course Catalogue and Curriculum: WINGS by Wema boasts a robust corporate learning curriculum with diverse courses, resources and insights cutting across various areas of interest. With regular updates as necessary for competency development, WINGS by Wema’s course catalogue and curriculum remain up to standard, relevant and up to date, ensuring users stay up to speed on evolving insights, knowledge and information. - Progress Tracking and Reporting: WINGS by Wema enables learners to track their learning journey, monitor their progress towards weekly, monthly and yearly learning targets, and measure their success rates. At a glance, learners can view the number of courses completed, assessment scores, time spent on each module, badges earned and other statistics. Leaderboard: WINGS by Wema features a leaderboard displaying top learners in order of their progress rates, fostering healthy competition and a deeper sense of community among Wema Knights. - Online Assessment Proctoring: WINGS by Wema is fortified with a proctoring feature which ensures test integrity for online assessments. When taking assessments on WINGS, users turn on audio and video, as the App records and identifies any suspicious activity during the assessment. - Notifications and Reminders: WINGS by Wema is designed to keep learners accountable, focused, on track with their learning targets and updated on relevant events and announcements. The App’s notification functionality reminds users of upcoming deadlines, events, incomplete or pending activities. WINGS by Wema is birthed by Wema Bank’s learning and training institution called Purple Academy, with the goal of intellectually fortifying the Bank’s workforce, refining their skills, boosting their expertise and equipping them to be value-adding assets in their respective fields.
