Connections is an easy-to-use app that ensures your field team always has up-to-date contact information, with seamless syncing from your company’s contact list to mobile devices. Administrators can import contacts manually or by CSV, create other administrator or technician accounts, and easily manage their contacts through a secure web portal, ensuring full control over sensitive info. Users can call, text, email, or get directions with a single tap, directly from the app. When a contact calls, their company name and details appear, even if they’re not saved in the user’s phone. The app ensures Caller ID and contact information are always accurate, without the need to sync individual mobile contacts.
