I’m Brooklyn Dankers, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Core Power Certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor, and proud holder of an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Physical Therapist Assisting. With years of experience in movement, strength, and rehabilitation, I’ve built this program to empower women to move well, build strength that lasts, and feel amazing in their own skin.
