About this app
BearAttack is a wildlife deterrent app developed to repel wildlife by generating intermittent specific frequency sounds that are considered effective against each type of wildlife. As an all-in-one wildlife deterrent app supporting a wide range of wildlife from bears to small animals, it can be utilized in various scenarios including hiking, camping, agricultural work, and residential wildlife control. Supported Wildlife and Effective Frequency Ranges Bear: 80-120Hz Deer: 20-40kHz Wild Boar: 15-25kHz Raccoon Dog: 20-40kHz Fox: 18-35kHz Masked Palm Civet: 20-35kHz Raccoon: 15-30kHz Mouse/Rat: 30-50kHz Crow: 15-20kHz Bat: 40-80kHz ※Birds generally have low sensitivity to ultrasonic waves, so effectiveness is limited. How to Use Turn the central dial to select the desired frequency. Press the play button below the dial to play the selected low-frequency sound. Because low-frequency sounds can be difficult to hear, the app also includes a voice announcement feature to help confirm proper operation. It can also be used as a courtesy to those around you. To Enhance Effectiveness Since smartphone speakers alone may produce weak sound pressure for low frequencies, we recommend connecting to external speakers such as Bluetooth speakers and increasing the volume. This is expected to more effectively repel wildlife. Disclaimer This app does not guarantee the reliable repulsion of bears. We cannot assume any responsibility for any troubles arising from the use of this app. Please understand this in advance.
